Once upon a time, the thought of going up to a counter and asking to buy a train ticket would have absolutely terrified me.

Before I started travelling solo, I spent most of my life being painfully shy. The worst part was I knew it was holding me back.
I’ve now travelled to over 20 countries solo and, while I’m still shy, I don’t let it hold me back as much as I once did – and, you don’t have to either!
